 – The year is 2017. My age is 58. What am I thinking, starting a weight routine at my age? Call me crazy but I don’t care. I’ve got to do something  and I’m thinking its high time that I renew my commitment to working out with Joyce L. Vedral’s Bottoms Up!  I did it once before and I am going to do it again.

For me, Joyce Vedral is a woman whom I admire. She inspired me in my mid-30’s and is re-inspiring me today in my late 50’s. I worked out to her book, Bottoms Up! From Cellulite to Sexy in 24 Workout Hours, when I was age 34. Now, at age 58, I am turning to this particular book once again to help me get back in shape and to stay fit as I continue to age.
