Day 86 – Thursday WEIGH IN

Day 86 – Thursday WEIGH IN – April 21, 2016 – I am officially on my Thursday weigh-in schedule and I think it is going to be a good change. I decided to show the daily recording of my weight since April 1st. As you can see, my weight fluctuates daily and not always in the direction I would like. Nonetheless, I keep slowly and gradually losing weight. Before I started Facing MY FAT I was slowly and gradually gaining weight.

Today’s Weigh In

I started my blog on January 25, 2016, at 175 pounds. This morning, my weight was 162 pounds. I lost 1.2 pounds since my last posted weight on April 11th for an accumulative, weight loss of 13 pounds.  My goal is to lose 30 to 35 pounds, for a final weight of 140 to 145 pounds. I have 17 to 22 pounds to go.

Day 86 – Thursday WEIGH IN

Thirteen less pounds on my body feels great. I am actually seeing my “waist” again. My clothes fit better and I feel better. I think I even see a glimpse of muscle starting to show under my belly fat. I know its got to be there because I work out so much. When I look in the mirror with just the right lighting and I turn my body at just the right angle:-)

As to our garage sale today? It went great! We are exhausted but happy with the sales. It was a lot of fun talking to our customers. So many nice people stopped by including friends and family.

The sad part is that you can hardly tell we sold anything. Two more days to go for this weekend and many more weekends to come. It’s good exercise going up and down the basement stairs and being on my feet all day. Not to mention that working the garage sale is keeping me too busy to think about food!
