Days 352 – 365 ONE YEAR of Facing MY FAT 2017 – January 12 to January 25, 2017 – I’m back after a short break and ready to re-cap my progress over the past year. As my first year wraps up, my commitment to losing weight will continue throughout 2017. This year, I have a PLAN.
Celebrating 1-Year Facing MY FAT
I can hardly believe that one year has gone by since I made the decision on January 25, 2016, to “Face MY FAT.” On that date, I stared at myself in the mirror and I knew that it was time to do something, anything, about my excess weight. My weight was up to 175-pounds. My face was full, my clothes were tight, and my self-esteem was low. I was miserable.

As you’ve probably noticed, Facing MY FAT has a “new look” and feel. Similar to splurging for a new outfit when dropping a size, I thought it appropriate to give my blog a new look for 2017. I hope you like it and find it easy to navigate.
I’ve also decided to forego posting my weight UNTIL I reach 5-pound, weight loss increments. Working out with weights can temporarily increase my weight. That might be confusing especially since I am trying to lose weight, not gain.
